Return policy
At Shivi Perfumery, your satisfaction matters to us. Since perfumes are personal-use items, we follow a strict but fair return policy:
- Returns or exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the perfume is in its original packaging and unused condition. Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us at their own expense.
- If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund. In such cases, return shipping is covered by us. Please notify us with photo/video proof within 48 hours of delivery.
- Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless defective.
Note: Until the returned item is received and inspected, it remains the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
