ALL of the staff are so sweet and genuinely have love for their job, I asked to smell about 15 different perfumes and they did not make me feel like I was inconvenience. I think it is so cool you get to watch your very own perfume being made right in-front of your eyes. Not only the amazing service but the perfumes have a high oil concentration which means it last all day! Thank you shivi!
