Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the product at their own expense.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the product remains the customer’s responsibility until received and inspected by us.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Sale or discounted items are considered final sale, unless received defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged
• Leaking
• Defective

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo/video proof.

In such cases:

• We will offer a replacement or full refund.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our store:

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
