Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🌍 Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

📦 Delivery Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs processing
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
If your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the courier directly.
💔 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
- We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Lost packages may be eligible for replacement or refund after courier investigation is completed.
